We conduct in-depth keyword research to find the most relevant and valuable search terms for your business. This includes analyzing search volume, competition, and intent. Based on this, we build a custom keyword list aligned with your goals and your chosen SEO plan.

Meta tag optimizations help search engines better understand your content and improve click-through rates from search results, making your website more attractive to both search engines and users.

We include Google Search Console setup in all plans. Bing Webmaster Tools is available in Growth and Premium plans. These tools provide valuable insights into your search performance, help identify issues, and allow search engines to properly crawl and index your site.

The number of pages we optimize depends on your chosen plan:

• Essential: up to 15 pages
• Growth: up to 30 pages
• Premium: up to 50 pages

We include SEO titles and meta descriptions. Implementation may be spread over multiple months depending on your content and plan scope.

With these plans we handle the ongoing work for you. All our SEO plans are monthly services, not one-time setups. We continuously track your keywords, update content, write articles, and make improvements to your website based on your chosen plan. You don’t need to manage it alone — we do the work.

301 redirects are crucial, especially when transferring your website to our platform or undergoing a redesign. If your existing pages already rank well or attract traffic, 301 redirects ensure this traffic smoothly transitions to your new URLs. 

This tool is essential for preserving your SEO value, rankings, and existing organic traffic during website changes. Whether you're migrating from another platform or getting a design touch-up on our platform, proper redirect implementation helps maintain the SEO authority you've built over time, reducing the chances of losing visibility or traffic during the transition.

While we don't guarantee specific rankings due to the dynamic nature of search engines, our comprehensive setup package significantly improves your website's potential to rank well. We focus on creating a strong foundation that positions your website for sustainable growth and visibility.

Our SEO plans are monthly subscription services, not one-time packages. You can choose to pay monthly or prepay in advance. Each month, we deliver specific SEO tasks based on your plan: article creation, keyword tracking, content updates, and more. You can cancel at any time before the next billing cycle.

If you cancel before we begin working on your SEO plan, you’ll receive a full refund. If work has started but not completed for the current subscription period, you may receive a partial refund.

Once a subscription period deliverables are completed and delivered (e.g., articles, reports, optimizations), that period is non-refundable. There are no refunds for prior periods of service.

Only Growth and Premium plans include up to 3 hours/month of content updates with materials you provide (text, images, videos). We’ll take care of uploading, optimizing, and formatting the content. This doesn’t include design or development changes.

We only offer on-page editing and SEO improvements to your current content in the Premium SEO Plan. This includes rewriting sections, adjusting structure, and enhancing keyword use for better performance.

Each month, we send a keyword audit report showing how your rankings are evolving. 

SEO is an ongoing process, but we start delivering value from the first month. Initial setup takes 14–21 business days depending on your plan and site size. From there, you’ll receive ongoing deliverables like articles, meta tag updates, reports, and content changes every month.

Yes — you can change your plan at any time before the next billing cycle. If your site grows or you want more optimization, upgrading will unlock additional features and deliverables.
